How much do we charge?

We price our work according to the jobs we do - and we'll be delighted to come to your place and give you an estimate of costs on the spot. The estimate will be based on an hourly rate of $70 including GST (this is also our minimum charge).

While we do our best, issues do occasionally crop up once work is underway. If this happens and means extra costs for you, we'll let you know straight away and discuss your options.

If you experience any problems relating to our work, we offer a free call-back service.

Our standard arrangement is payment in full once our work is completed. We accept payment by cheque, cash or Internet banking direct credit.

This special offer includes:

a computer scan for viruses and spyware
a computer security review, including a check that you’re up-to-date with anti-virus and anti-spyware programs
a computer set-up review – and suggestions for improvements if we think they’re justified
a review of your current back-up systems, and recommendations on improvements
a general clean-up so your current system is operating at its best.
